RE: illumination

RE: illuminationA. Natchina will need funds to create a manufacturing facitlity for LPDequipment.
B. They will do a share offering to fund their portion ofthe required funds and a shareholder or plural are getting funds sortedfor such an overture.

Rljp,

Obviously some questions arise.   The parent Natcore will need to obtain some funding at some point to contribute to its share of development of the project and its continued projects

The first speculated customer is Chuangke Silicon which produces about 1600 tons of polysilicon a year for others.  If they keep that production to themselves, they are capable of well over 100 MW of energy production.  If  LPD allows 1/3-2/3 savings in polysilicon needed the MW produced can be projected to increase accordingly.

Chuangke success may mean adoption in some of China's larger manufacturers in due time.  Chuangke and the Hi-tech zone have taken on 87% of the risk for 45% of the project.  They must forsee success.

Possibly another JV in the works - Taiwan.
Validation of the thin film II-IV cell - as the NR said they are ready to demonstrate.

I would expect some more +ve news before they seek funding from a PP.
