You obviously are not familiar with Schachter's research or its methodolgy. Under review means a reassesment of his targets, always has. I have received his research for many years and have spoke to him directly on occasions. A note, I doubt he is moving it up in this situation. Anyway, I am trying to inject a little validity into the posts here by quoting the source rather than providing my personal opinion. You are free to play research analyst and portray your own slant on U.R. and investment teams.
