It is interesting that the meeting was cancelled on such short notice.  I think you might be able assume that the FDA was expecting some additional information to be supplied by Lux before the meeting, but it became apparent that they would not have it in time.  At that point they had no choice but to cancel the meeting.  I would be very surprised if Lux did not know the reason for the delay.  Once the information is given to the FDA they can then proceed again and re-schedule the meeting.  The only question is how long the delay will be.
