RE: 43-101
Doubt the whole company would be bought.
1). Shareholders are liable to prefer to sell the proven deposit and be able to continue to have some chips invested in E. South and Eastmain Mine.
2). Management is liable to greatly prefer to sell off Clearwater and hang onto the other properties. Don & company are explorers. They have two interesting but unproven prospects that they've invested sweat, brains, and money into. Are they going to want to walk away from those and deprive themselves of the chance to see whether they pan out? Even if they got a very generous offer (and what gold major is going to make a generous offer on an unproven property), I think the matter of career satisfaction far outweighs money. Would Don rather be doing exploration work or spending time on a yacht drinking martinis? I suspect the former.
3). Prospective buyers aren't going to be particularly interested in buying the whole company anyway. Majors like for juniors to do the exploration, and then if they find a viable deposit the majors are all too happy to pay a handsome sum because they know they can create a profitable mine out of it.
