VENDTEK SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES GRANTING OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS

VendTek Systems Inc. has issued options to certain of itsdirectors pursuant to the company's incentive stock option plan.

A total of 125,000 options were granted to each of ShaneMeyers, Garth Albright, Ian McKinnon, Gordon Glenn and David Wright. Each optionpermits the holder to acquire a common share of the company for 43 cents. Theoptions vest in equal parts over 18 months, with the first one-seventh vestingimmediately upon grant, and one-seventh vesting on each of the subsequent threemonth anniversaries of the date of grant. The options expire five years from thedate of grant.

I didn't make it onto the conference call, nor have I had time to go through the statements.  Anyone care to comment?
