Dude--to imply that the downward pressure on the SP is the sole result of management is inaccurate and misleading.
There is downward pressure right now on pretty well every stock in the TSX and even more so on stocks in the Venture Exchange. Most small cap stocks are down big time over the past month and a half which is pretty standard when there is fear in the market place.
