This is a penny stock with all the inherent risks that come with it and as such is subject to manipulation.

It appears that many stocks, not just bb stocks are manipulated at the end of the month with more chance of it happening end of qtr. Wsce was taken down from .255 to .18 in 3 days on less than average vol at the end of the mo which is suspicious to me.

Anyway, based on the above and the fact that oil cleanup is hot right now, I believe that this stock is in for a move up to 30 cent area regardless of merit over the nest few weeks. it's called a pump in some circles. In any event, the cancen unit has been in operation for a few weeks and news will be out sooner or later as well as kline show. it will be goose time and decisions will have to made to hold or fold.
