RE: Pump and DumpPump and dump are old terms on this one. As stocks go you get one chance in many years to be part of a pump and dump. After that you only move on what is real not what is hype. Paying debt with shares is very common.
The worst part is when they pay debt below selling price. In this case they did it right and used the top price to pay the debt with shares. Desperation. Meaning no cash? You are a sharpe one aren't you. lol
The big selloff is behind us. By about 3 years and so is the big easy gains or the pump and dump factor you talk about. I'll switch the numbers to dollar's so you can wrap you brain around it. 3 cents to 5 cents gain. Or 3$ to 5$
is a h of a gain when looking at share price. Takes just as much effort to move that distance in pennies or dollars.
You may not get it but this is what is real. So now look at the hype factor from .10 to $ 1.39 like we seen a few years back. What do you think your chances are of seeing that type of a gain again? I'll say slim to never without a r split and 100 mil in sales a year. .10 is going to be a big day for this stock in the coming year. Thats around 3 times the going rate. Good luck with your pump and dump . Even though you likely missed out back when.
