RE: RE: Don>BashersActually if you listened to them, you'd likely be holding at 60 cents or lower. They've been here a lot longer than you.
You talk about timing. Where were you when SLI was trading at under 20 cents? They had a pretty good story then, and they have an even better story now - because they are doing what they said they would be doing. Of course it isn't happening as fast as any of us would like - when does it? (Guys on the GBB board have been expecting drill results for a while, haven't they? Isn't that a pump?)
The bottom line is, everyone on all of these juniors have certain hopes and expectations, and people try their hardest to put a timeline on certain milestones for whatever reason. Some come to fruition, and others do not. But for you to come on here touting how "dangerous" Don1 is, because he has done his dd and believes in what the company is doing (All of the things he has mentioned will come to pass ie. drill permits, drilling etc) is lunacy. His timing has been off, granted. I don't believe that makes him a dangerous pumper. Besides, we've all presumably done our own dd, and one should never base their investment decisions on a bullboard forum - fair to say?
I bought into this story over 2 years ago because I believed they were sitting on something with huge potential. SLI is also quite diversified, with all of the other properties they have. I made my decision, and I'm sitting on it, waiting for the big show. WIll it happen this month? Maybe, maybe it will take more time. I don't really care. What I care about is, is management doing what they have said they would do in getting this property drill ready? The answer is YES, I believe they are.
For those of you that have picked up shares higher than what the current share price is, you have to ask yourselves if the reasons you had bought have changed. Has there been any negative news? Is there any indication that there might be a problem with anything? The plain answer is no - there isn't. Now some on this board have tried to insinuate that there is a problem, but it's a lie. That's BASHING! And that, Stag, is far more dangerous. It is far easier to sow a seed of doubt based on lies, because people are emotional, and fear is a driving force in the markets.
Stag, I've said it before - you seem semi intelligent. Please bring something to the table. Do some research on this company and post you findings. All this other "Don1 is dangerous" banter is useless. And after you've done some homework (actually did it yourself, instead of asking others to do it for you) and you still feel this company isn't worth investing in until the fall, then perhaps we won't hear from you until you decide to invest. Fair enough?
Cheers all,
