Delays!!

Delays!! Well, yet ANOTHER delay by management. Either the 3D is very bad and they want to wait for some other positive news to release with it, such as the PP is closed??? OR, the 3D is VERY good and they want to wait for a good day in the markets to release it?? OR they have NOT received the ACTUAL data yet?? What is going on with this company?? Delays are understandable, but over and over and over again?? Like I stated earlier, WHY give a date, such as " by the end of this month " and NOT be able to keep the deadline!!!!   Frustrated to say the least!!!
