If this is a real fight I`d be shocked if they didn`t pull ten million previously ùndisclosed`options converted of course out their backsides

These guys don`t play by the rules..  except when it suits them.. then they play by the letter of them.. case in point the Craig Wireless statement of claim against UBS where it highlights how MC refused the Craig`s proxy and UBS stole control at an AGM.

If this is a real fight and they do lose they will USE the courts like they always have.... that`s why its almost unbelievable that no injunctions were sought preventing any payuts or shenanigans.. an idiot can see that if you oust them with no protection they will do what they need to to ensure there is nothing negative comeing their way.. in fact they will try and turn the tables in my opion.. wouldn`t you.
