RE: voteI realize that Douglas should be trading for a lot more than it is but there are some things I would like you to consider before you bring up a proxy vote. I seen these little stocks trade a lot longer than 4 years at bargain basement prices before anyone benefited from the stock price. As far as the management goes I seen a lot of management changes and a lot of times the management that you get is a lot worse than the management that was there originally. A lot of good management people don't want anything to do with exploration companies unless they start one themselves. If you pick the wrong management people they will just sit on the company and bleed it to death with high saleries. I realize that everyone is mad about a lot of moves that Harp made. But what about his giving the whole of Mikuvia to Ruby Creek which should start cash flow to Douglas as soon as the mining license is through..I think now that Harp has some money to work with he can concentrate on joint venturing his other projects out. He did not have money before. At least we have Herm in the office now he is one smart guy also and he will get the reports out in time.
If you start this I feel it will hurt Douglases share price more than it is now. Its just like in the market right now there is a lot of uncertainty and just about all markets are sliding. And this will cause more uncertainty in the stock. If you have time why don't you send Toby Hanson at
www.heavymetalinvestor.com an e-mail and ask his opinion. He is one smart guy and saved Douglases neck quite a few times by finding out the truth and disputing false claims about Douglas. I wish I would have met him years ago because I think I would be in a lot better position financially than I am in today. Just e-mail him or call him and ask his thoughts if he thinks that a change of the board would be a good idea. I know him and Harp had their differences in the past. Personally from the people I know that are invested in Douglas a lot are mad about a lot of moves Harp has made but not mad enough to vote him and the board out. But this is just my opinion. I still think that there is a lot of news to break in the coming weeks that will help Douglas Lake stock.
