RE: A STRATEGIC MINORITY PARTNER?

RE: A STRATEGIC MINORITY PARTNER?A reverse stock split ???

Are you on crack?  A reverse stock split for a company with NO production, NO revenue, NO cash and possibly NO future (unless they hit the mother lode) does nothing for current shareholders.

Sure the share price doubles or triples or may even go up by a factor of ten or one hundred - but shortly thereafter it will start to retreat to its former levels .. as is the case in about 80-90% of reverse stock splits and unless one sells their shares post split - they will be in for another 80 - 90 % loss on the current value of their shares.

And those warrants that out-of-the-money currently will still be out-of-the-money post reverse split, as they will be repriced based on the consolidation multiple.
