TORONTO, July 5/CNW/ - Privinvest Holding SAL ("Privinvest") announced that it hasacquired ownership of an aggregate of 174,500 additional common shares of VendTekSystems Inc. ("VendTek"). As a result of the acquisition of theadditional common shares, Privinvest now owns and exercises control over anaggregate of 9,958,500 common shares of VendTek, representing approximately21.63% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Vendtek.
The common shares of Vendtek were purchased by Privinvest on the TSX VentureExchange.
