RE: Vast Longford Marriage
RE: Vast Longford Marriage"""That is they both go up and down together. If VAST finds oil, it would reflect in Longford price in proportion to the exchange ratio and vice versa. '''
Hmmmm, is this why Soro's bought HUGE into LFD and not VST? Starting to make sense.
Hey, i guess Maysteeler was right, Soro's buying in VST HUGE!!
So, if VST's drill program hit huge oil, LFD's shareprice would appreciate proportionately.?
I'm starting to like this theory, as i have a boatload of LFD shares and have been wracking my brain on what to do here... should i sell my LFD and just ride the VST train to the top... but now there is the possibility of a merger, in which case LFD shares would rise in proportion to the VST rise...
just a theory though... although i do also agree with 'not being fair to LFD' part, in which to merge once VST has already hit oil... What would have been the advantage to Soro's to buy into LFD then? Exactly,... Soro's was buying into VST oil the whole time...
Also, why else would Said go on BNN and announce a merger? I believe the wheels may already be in motion on this one. If it is going to get done, and they want it done before VST hits oil, then the merger must be announced to happen in the next week or two.
BUT.... LFD has just started seismic... wouldn't it be in LDF's favor, to its shareholders, to wait for the seismic to be completed??? Could they then use the seismic to seek a higher price or ratio for the LFD shares for the merger?
interesting...
