About Japanese MCC patent

Reading again the PR on Japanese patent

Does this #4 MCC patent rings any bell to anybody.  I dont remember anything on "Inflamation" related to MCC

"    4.  "Method for the Treatment of Inflammation": A "Notice of Decision to
        Grant a Patent" has been received for the Japanese application"
