And go ahead and call me a bunch of things. First, I have only posted under 6180. Second, I have admitted in the past I got fooled by this crew. I didn't trust them but I thought they would atleast be able to sell the asset for a decent price. I was wrong.

Now please get over the fact this new BOD has did something you wish you could have. You have been right from day one, and now they are taking your thunder. Get over it. It is time  for justice. Be happy. That day appears to be getting closer.

I understand how the tax laws apply to Loook in this case.. its not my thing but I read up on it when it became necessary and the options are indeed limited.. there is several players that can use them.

The problem with the tax losses was/is in order for a company to use them the "control" over them must not change hands more than once .. at least that is my understanding of things. In other words the whole look shell must be handed to tax loss user or they become invalid.. they can't be middled.

So if you're a bunch of insiders looking to drain lookof its cxash over say 18 months or so the tax losses become a problem..  Afterall how can you rip off Look shareholders if you don't control the shell? Management had not intention f handing off the tax losses until the shell was sucked dry  .. a fool can see that.. as all they have doen inthe last year is suck things dry.. a 12 year old could have "wouldn down the comopany in weeks..  they hung on to afew straggling customers for almost year.. it shouldn't have lasted more than 30 days!

They"decommissioned"t he so called network   as opposed to sold it.. they allowed the cleints to moveover to bell.. as opposed to sell them... they did everything wrong so they could suck this pig dry before finally handing it off.

You see if Inukshuk or its independent companies wanted to buy the shell and hand the spectum to inukshuk.. that would create a situation where the money received would have to be divied out to all shareholders.. management would lose any chance at sucking the kitty dry as they did...

This move by the dissidents is about the tax losses.. its about getting them to where they need to go..  why else would Siber buy shares in this pig? it doesn't pass minimum DD.. he's a VP at a bank.. surely he can do the basic Due Diligence on a company..  it doesn't add up.

Are you suggesting that he simply got out a calculator and did the math and came to a conclusion that the parts were worth more than the share price thus it was pruident to invest millions inspite of the fact management was NFG and the board their puppets?

You can't be suggesting that 6180..  its beyond ridiculous..

This is about the tax losses.. its may work out they do right by shareholders..  or they may let them go for peanuts... to someone they have had talks with.

And by the way wasn't it you that posted the voter turnout for the special AGM of Look where shareholders voted on the plan of arrangement that invluded the vote in advance to approve any deal? I believe it was you 6180..  youy posted several times from the AGM in ffact.. the record turnout is now 60%?..

Thts the thing when you lie for a living 6180..  you get mixed up.

Take Care!
