RE: RE: RE: RE: PIA immanent!part of it is "cashing out" for Sr. Management can only occur once thestock hits a certain level (e.g., a buck plus) and not within a blackoutperiod. Thus, short term price movements at these levels are viewed asirrelevant.

This is why i groan whenever i hear management talk about their concerns for shareholders in cc's or presentation.
