RE: Investor Relations ?? DONT PANIC have you guys ever thought they are doing the smart thing and waiting for better market conditions?when I saw these delays that was the first thing that went across my mind .I might be wrong but why waist a good press release in a bear  market ! IMHO  Feel free to call me a fool if you think I am wrong buts its what I would do
