RE: Insider Sells on Extremely Light Volume

RE: Insider Sells on Extremely Light Volume

Weak hands, shake out, same story I heard for the past 7-8 years since I owned this stock. I told you guys months ago when the board was full of positive posts not to get too excited, that I had seen it before, but nobody paid much attention.

The only reason I'm not selling it's because it's trading below book value and I always hope there will be a takeover with better management. What's wrong with this company is the Jeff factor, i.e. very knowledgeable CEO who knows how to spot good wind sites but incapable of executing the plan, respecting deadlines or accepting he needs the help of bigger players.  Or maybe he's getting a comfortable salary out of the one pre-existing wind farm he bought  so he's in no hurry. Once again, this company since its beginning never put up a single wind turbine. The one wind farm it has was pre-existing and bought with debt (a good move but it doesn't show he can build a wind farm).

I'm actually enjoying the move down, not because I want to buy (unfortunately I got too much already), but because it shows management that shareholders will punish them for not respecting self-imposed deadlines, once again. Hopefully they won't reprice those stock options, once again...
