My Opinion

My OpinionIn my opinion, the longer it takes for the news to come out, the greater the probability it relates to something that is still in progress.  Like a negotiation for a joint venture or the price for a takeout.  I don't think it would be for something like drill results or a 43-101 because those items would be available to release rather quickly.
