RE: Hey stockpiker,

RE: Hey stockpiker, actually I think youll find I was positive about some mgmt but not all

IMO the new operations mgmt with poolers team is great and probably one of the reasons KGHM was even interested in ajax when no other company was

IMO the changes to directors over the last few yrs has been great with the addition of 3 independent directors who where not associated with mgmt and pamicon

IMO the corp mgmt was always the problem and in the early yrs the corp mgmt controlled the board of directors and controlled the relationship between AME and their private company (Pamicon)

so I was wrong in not understanding that despite changes over the last few yrs the corp mgmt still determined the value of AME, maybe the new directors and the operations mgmt will eventually get AME on the right track but its too late for all the old shareholders who where truly taken out the shed and flogged by fulcher/pamicon for 7 long yrs

to me good mgmt will simply mean mgmt that has a track record of creating/mainting shareholder value either in their current company or in previous companies, its not hard to check the track record

AME is a big mistake but I learned from it
