No surprise that the "gang" is going after their ridiculous service agreements.. even though they must know a judge will explode when he/she sees the extent of abuse.

They are like children without boundaries.

I have been hammering home the dispatching of "thugs" point for a reason.

These guys don't go away.. they don't have boundaries..  if you interfere with them they resort to whatever means necessary for them to get their way.. its as simple as that.. denying a family's proxy in order to steal contol of Look over Craig.. dispatching thugs..  misleading shareholders into pre-approving what is going to be the worst possible outcome of their contrived deal with Bell.

When Alex/UBS had a disagreement with PixStream he dispatched a "vanload of russians" to deal with it.

So this latest abuse... this latest reach far beyond acceptable standards is no surprise.

The new board, assuming they are who they claim to be and they intend to seek justice of sorts for shareholders must see this animal for what it is..  they don't understand or respect anyone or any rules..  they are actually quite predictable as a result..

They will scream the loudest when wronged..  they will use the courts.. use any means necessary.. includug a "van load of Russians"...  they don't care who they hurt.. they don;'t care how they stain their industry... they certainly don't care about fellow shareholders  or I suspect fellow citizens.

How you deal with this animal is simple..  you kill it.. so to speak...  and how you kill it is you give it a problem bigger than the one they are focussed on.

You accomplish this by holding a foresnic audit and comitting to folling every abuse up wioth action.. you invite the RCMP or any other interested authority in to oversee what is found... simply tell them you aren't quite sure if thsis a criminal matter but it may very well be.. you are concerned it is etc.

The only thing these guys will understand is the sound of a gavel right before a judge brings them down to earth... Just like Conrad Black..  his arrogance had more to do with his sentence than his alleged crimes... he's in jail for contempt of the authority of law itself..  he can't be reformed.. he will always be in contempt of everyone and everything as he feels he's above it all.. he even let his Canadian citizenship go.. and belittled the country, Canada, he was born in, educated in, and found business success (thanks to daddy's help) in.

You can't reform that animal.. you can protect society from it to a degree.. but its list of victims.. business or otherwise will be great in number.. how many lives are ruined when people who operate like that pull their nonsense on a daily basis? How many small companies? How many rtirees lose their nest eggs?

So treat these guys like the danger to Canadian society they are.. the Ontario Securities Commission is incapable and unwilling to do so.. but the RCMP without the OSC are very capable..  they deal with these types all the time. Invite them in.

Regarding 6180's suggestion I go on the BOD.

I live in BC so its not viable..

The idea he's floating is to have an independent on the BOD who will be the eyes and ears of the common shareholder.. obviously he thought of me because he knowns I'd diveright into the mess and me or soemone like being there would indeed ensure a forensic audit and hard push for charges if and when necessary would ocurr.

Its actually a good idea to have an independent director wired that way on board. It would help the existing group and they could simply appoint the ID as head of the comittee investing shenanigans therefor taking the weight of it.

Its more of a fulltime job..  unless the company wants to put me up in Ontario for a few months and pay the wages and freight they should consider a local Ontarioite.. one experienced in law enforcement or forensic type accounting would be ideal but really all they need is someone dedicated to seeing things through to the end... this is one of those caes where the skilled people can be brought in but the will to follow it all up needs to be there.. most directors of public companies lack the will to do these things.

I am willling to help in any way I can however.

Regarding the nonsense here ...

As I said.. I have no hard feelings for BeeDope for his laess than flattering opinion of me.. in fact I respect his honesty. 

What Sherbie is up to is another matter.. Sherbie's issue with me, much like Jane's is personal.. and unlike BeeDope's fueled by the cloak of anonymity. I know who BeeDope is.. BeeDope known this.. like I said.. I respect his honesty.

I'm still waiting for soemone to point out to me what help Sherbie has been to shareholders.. I've read much of the stuff he feeds this board and still can;t make heads or tails of it.. he's tied everynews maker fo the last year into this mess in some fashion or other.

I've asked him to email soemthng of value.. (we have exchanged emails quite a few times over the last couple of years).. but received nothing of value to shareholders.  

I'm simply not impressed.. talking smack is fine in high school.. but when it comes time for an adult to fight stand up or bow out..  don't get in the way.

I get the feeling Sherbie's whole reason for being is tied to his/her internet personalities.. (yes there's more than one).
