MOA's Offer To Buyout NISA lot of NIS's investors are favoring ANX offer over the one being presented by MOA. It is surprising how some investors can't do some simple math........5.5 NIS shares to 1 MOA shares is less attractive than 3 NIS shares for 1 ANX shares. Most investors in juniors stocks don't go behind that level of thinking.
Whoever gets the profits from Pine Cove will certainly enhance its shareholders with greater value. If MOA is successful it would have sufficient profits from P.C. to develop its own deposits.
MOA should make an more attractive offer to NIS shareholders. There is a level of mistrust when it comes to ANX management, and it wouldn't take much to persuade them.
