Lala ...again, you really are comparing apples to oranges

You are comparing an estimate done by an analyst to an actual 43-101 measured resource.

As for that estimate - even IF we were to take that figure at face value (though there is still a lot of drilling to do first to prove that number isn't a figment of his imagination) - Azteca could boast a resource of 90M * $20 = $1.8B and yet it has a market cap of ONLY $8M whereas Osisko's resource is worth 6.5M * $1,200 = $7.8B and has the market cap of $4.1B to back that up.
