VST is expecting news next week from NKO regarding the well. That was the timeline given on the last release.

I like your theory, but it would have to happen tomorrow for your theory to work. What if NKO announces massive oil in that first resevoir... The price of VST will naturally climb and then your 1:1 theory is out the window... VST will demand a much more favorable exchange in that case, would it not?

To be honest, i don' t know very much about what is going on in this type of merger scenario.

Perhaps, if VST does announce an oil find, that VST buys LFD?

Will NKO hold back significant material information to allow Said et al. to merge VST and LFD?

Maybe, if they want a package deal, i guess... but that is very 'junior' of a company, and NKO is not a venture exchange pump... they are legit.

I guess we will see soon enough.
