ANX/MOA Team

ANX/MOA TeamANX and MOA can become a strong team if both parties cooperated.  MOA is working towards a 1,000,000 oz gold deposit discovery and profits from Pine Cove can be to used to develop it without going for financing and diluting of shares.  It can be a ANX/MOA Team having the largest gold development in Newfoundland.

Instead ANX is behaving unethical and hoping to steal NIS shares without reaching into thier pockets for cash.  One of the biggest concerns I have with ANX is its outstanding shares of some 120,000,000.  My 300,000 share of NIS will be only 100,000 shares of ANX if I agree to 3 to 1 swop.  ANX will then have some 140,000,000.  IF ANX decides to consolidate its shares to say 5 to 1.....then I would only have 20,000 shares of ANX.

I am lot better off with MOA who only has 31 million shares.  At least they won't be diluting its shares.

A better offer is needed here from both parties.
