Now, how about Sabina make an offer to buy out Northrock?

As a value investor Sabina has gone up way too much for me to buy more even though I think we have only seen the tip of the iceberg as far as the upside.

However, if Sabina bought out Northrock for Sabina stock my Northrock shares would convert into some more Sabina.

Sabina has gone up so much that they ought to be able to get Northrock for donut money.
