Gotta disagree with you on that Bornready.  That was not a “push” as you call it.  I don't think anyone is likely to spend $10K in the remote hope that it might push the price up in any kind of sustained way. You just have to look at level II to know its not going to work. 

As for the early bid that was withdrawn before opening, I’ve done that myself several times when I thought news might be imminent.  No risk and you are well placed to jump out if it doesn’t happen or the news is not what you hoped.  Not sure why this guy thought there might be news but my guess is that its just that the CRL could come out any day; there is no requirement that the FDA wait until August 3.  Could be three weeks from now, could be this afternoon. 

I would absolutely agree though that the fact someone bought 40K shares at the close yesterday or had a bid in for 200K shares before opening is indicative one way or the other whether the news will be good or bad.
