Stock Reality

Stock RealityUnless people have bought into the company via a PP and are prepared to stay with the company to the end, what real responsibilty does the company owe a shareholder, other than to perform the business that they said they would try to do. If the shareprice doubles in a week, how many people will be here. If it quadruples. Such is todays stock market, buy and sell without allegiance, management knows this and operates without allegiance as well. Bottom line is to have the cash to make the project work, so if the dilution of the share float ends up with a share price of 5 dollars instead of 6.50, yes that would be unfortunate, but we will all still be happy.
