The Company holds a 40% interest in the Bonanza Project property in Salome, Arizona, a 100% interest in the Stardust Project in Yuma County, Arizona, and a 100% interest in the Tombstone Project in Tombstone, Arizona. The Bonanza Project includes the Harquahala and Golden Eagle mines, located approximately eight miles south of Salome, Arizona. The project totals 2,656 acres and has significant underground workings. It holds the mineral rights to approximately 400 acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lode claims, which include the Stardust Mine in Yuma County, Arizona, the Eagletail Mining District. It holds the mineral rights to over 640 acres in the historical western Tombstone silver mining district. Its property area lies within the historic Tombstone Mining District Cochise County, Arizona. The town of Tombstone, Arizona, is approximately 70 miles southeast of Tucson and 24 miles northwest of Bisbee, Arizona.

So, from which company(s) are they going to be purchasing all those minerals they apparently feel the need to have the consultants to consult on the details of processing?

Consultants? I hear there are several 'new' consultants available from the sacking of the Bush Administration's Minerals Management Service...you know? The good Republican types?
