I was just going through the directors last night, my favorite is Michael Lindeman and his trucking background. 

Michael D. Lindeman, Independent Director . has been a director since 1997 and has previously held the position of President of the Company from June 1992 to August 1993. Mr. Lindeman has been employed with Valley Aggregate Transport, a trucking company as an estimator, since 2004; prior to that, he was the Owner, President and CEO of Lindeman Brothers Trucking, a Sacramento, California bases dump truck company from 1975 to 2004, and from 1987 to 1990 was the President and CEO of Yuba Trucking, Inc., a California based trucking company. Mr. Lindeman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree granted by Stanford University in 1960.

I know we are junior, but this is weak. Oh well, this time next year the sp will be $4+ and none of us will care who is on the board!
