RE: This is big news, where is everyone?I would think that the final step would be getting the 208 million dollar loan unless I have missed something.  It appears that they have a year to get that done before the 2 million dollar loan + 10% interest + 463,471 shares is due next June. What a sweet deal that is ... works out to about a 35% return if I did the math right!
