RE: RE: RE: 0.30I would like to agree wtih your Redrill but it just doesn't make sense that they would cancel the meeting and approve without it.  They called the meeting because they thought they needed that kind of review before they could give approval.  And they specifically stated taht they cancelled because of unresolved issues not becuase they didn't think they neede one anymore.  So it just doesn't make any sense that having come across unresolved issues they now actually take an even more postive view and decide (a) they don't need to discuss with Lux what those issues are and whether they can be resolved or not and (b) they don't need a meeting anymore.   Truly I think the best we can hope for is a complete response letter that lists out some patently resolvable issues (even better one that re-sets the meeting). 

I'm not saying it's impossible, just that if must be very unlikely.
