RE: RE: BNP Paribus is earning it's feesHi
Even if the idea originated with Sprott, the actual deal has to be structured and established in a way to benefit the best interest of YNG or all kinds of self-dealing lawsuits would immediately be filed. Sprott may have said "we are interested in enlarging our position, depending on the deal being structured in an attractive way." In that instance BNP Paribus did all the work.
It works for us in that it is a debt deal so it says trust. It is a 5% coupon deal which says below market rates on debt. It is an signif out of money warrant deal which says Sprott and YNG both see thsi stock going above .40 per share.
All of those positives and probably two negs. Why do they need more cash after doing a ginorous dilution, and when the hell will actual numbers show substantive progress other than financial re-structurings of various sorts.
To me the cash makes Yukon more and more likely. So we are helped here.
