Cost of Production
While the story looks quite good, it is not super good.
The caveat is the cost of production/sales per ounce. It is over $1,000 per ounce.
As long as the price of gold remains $1,200+, AMC will survive, and may even
thrive. But the margin is thin and the only real hope is the ability of the management
to keep the costs down and keep on looking/developing new mines.
This is not a 10 or even a 5 bagger. The best I can hope is a double from here.
A lower price of gold, or a higher cost of oil (energy) will kill this Company.
Regards.
