Thanks for the reply!   Interesting, why would "Irene" change her nameto "Mari-Ann" unless one is her first name and the other her middlename.   ISo her only prior experience was as a school teacher -or at least she's supposed to have  a degree in education -  to the CEO of a mining company.   Still, as westernkid points out, with all the experience on the BOD why can't they put together financing and why make that dumb loan with Coalcorp.  I've looked at that loan from every angle I can think of and it's not a good deal for the shareholders.   That's the kind of loan the hard money boys give you and then they break your knee caps to make sure you can't repay it.  Only the desperate ever borrow money at those rates.  Or.....?
