I am referring to Work Program for Year 1 which the Operating Committee approved on June 17th,
advising it was to start immediately.  The word immediately suggests to me they are performing
some procedures, in which order I do not know, I am taking a positive attitude.  As your attitude determines
your altitude.  I have high aspirations as a shareholder of ENG, I did in 2008 and I have not changed my
mind.
