RE: Reading inIn all fairness, I guess, just because 30 days must elapse before the KDNR issues the permit doesn't mean that KDNR *WILL* issue the permit at the 30 day mark


especially if someone objects to the permit issue, then the process starts all over again.
Still have not heard offically about mine 1 closing either.
