RE: .10 cent gapper tuesday ....That will only happen if this news makes it to the big time (Reuters; Bloomberg; Dow Jones). It won't. However anyone already following this sector will see it and those investors are mostly in the US. If they were paying attention today they have probably  made their move by now. Looking to buy more but also prepared to wait.
