Considering that there has been 2000 poeple use this drug in the work up to this point why would you make such a bold statement as to the reason you give for the delay in the processing.  I read your 1st post and I do see were the applicator need to be check out by the FDA  But we are talking about and oral drug and one that would have been check out in reference to the process for the development for the studies and forgive me if I am wrong I would think that the FDA would have want the process and manufacturing before if was given in the study  because if the product was different in anyway then it would make the study no good.
