what do you mean the deal must be off???  are you impying the deal is not going through and this would help the Complant sp???

I would think the completed deal, access to the potash and the construction work would be quite beneficial to Complant and its share price....

this makes me think the trip to China and conference call ended with champage, can anyone check the hotel bill?
