If the shares are being bought up by strong hands that are willing to wait it out for the next big news release then I would say that the shorts will be fried in this risky move of shorting a stock that just won a recent huge court ruling......let the stock do what it has to do, time will tell.....

I will buy and hold because I beleive the best is yet to come
