Is there anyone here who still believes the new board isn't taking you people for a ride?

What a load of rubbish!

In my view the new BOD just bought themselves a lawsuit.

They never once made one defencice move to stop this pack of thieves from steakling more money.. not once...  in spite of "injunctions" being openly dscussed by retail investors on chat forums this pack of performance artists is now pretending they were "thrust" into the new directorship of look?

Its a con job people...  you were just conned

I am encouraging existing shareholders to immediately contact the RCMP or OPP in ontario and demand they investigate the THEFT of $1.6 Million dollars among other CRIMES.

If the new BOD interferes in any way ... if they do anything other than invite the police in an open the books to them I suggest existing shareholders immediately sue them into oblivion.

This is a scam..   jane is part of it obviously..  she went to great lengths to deny any relationship whatsoever with this pack ... yet she's in on who they intend to nominate as independent directors?

This is a classic con job..  that money was stolen..  aided and abetted by the current BOD of UBS by virtue of them not protecting shareholders interests.

I told you people that these people would have the effect of causing the rest of you to stand down and see what happens.. well you're seeing it...  I warned you people.

Its not even incompetence.. they deliberately allowed this to happen.. they had a fiduciary obligation to prevent it... its nothing more than theater....

 They were invited to sit on looks board...  they sold you out people...  

Here is what you do....

Every shareholder immediately call the police and demand a criminal investigation.. explain that the whole lot may be in on it...  that the new BOD can;'t be trusted.

This is the worst case of abuse I have ever witnessed...  everyone of these people is without a moral compass.

And jane...  you're part of the "con" ... lawyer up.

I wonder if Critchley will snap out of his delusion now...  then again he was helping someone out..
