I don't think they have jurisdiction since it's a Canadian company and Canadian stock - but I could be wrong.   That said, do they really have time since SEC employees spend their days looking at porn on the Internet?     We are seeing the vaunted  Obama Administration at work.    I doubt they have time - or interest - to investigate a Canadian company operating [or not] in the USA.  That said, since the Obama Administration is handing out money like crack cocaine to a crack addict, maybe our crack team of experts at FCO could ask him for a few $ hundred Million to see us through these troubled times?
