Your heros.. the theter group posing as concerned shareholders have an obligation to protect shareholder's interests.. its a fiduciary obligation..  if they don't they can be held liable..

The were elected on a platform of "stop the absuses" and recover the monies..

There can be no mistake that they understood look was being raided by its own management and directors.

They took control of UBS.. and neglected to protect UBS's number one asset from being ripped off by men who, they knew in advance would steal millions.. given the chance.

They had an obligation to get an injunction and turf them.. they instead performed soem theater.. the allowed te financials to be released then the following day pretended to be "thrust" into controlof Look.. only to find another theft had ocurred.

Its theater.. its part of a con job.. its was predictable... bot the last theft and the allowing of it by this crew of actors.

You are partof the con..  just as 6180 is and UBS1 was last time Gerry and Alex took control promising big things only to rip off shareholders by backdooring the equipment division.

Your heros are likely to be sued jane..   but hopefully we can get the whole thing investigated for the con job it is and perhaps see some criminal charges.

Its speaks volumes about the strength of character in Canada's board rooms..  one of them is a VP at CIBC? ... unbelieveble..

All we need now is for Alex to dispatch another van load of russian criminals to target investors and their fmailies and this mess will have come full circle.

You do realize that its the not the first time a crew related to this "gang" has stolen some legal monies upon leaving? Do you know that money was never recovered? That even though there was no legal action.. it just diappears into the dark abyss that is the Russian organized crime infested Canadian investment industry.

I imagine it will be me who files the police complaint.. from BC..  lord knows you "concerned shareholders" are too busy...  calling others names.


 
No.. i never looked as the MD&A in question.. what MD&A is that Miss jane? I checked Sedar last night and seen none..  did you get one? or did they tell you Miss jane? Get your story straight now.. ya never know idf your memails and text messages and all that good stuff is going to find its way into a court room one day Miss jane..

This "con" is now approaching one of the biggest in recent Canadian history..  and not a peep from the OSC.. in spite of many gross disclosure violations.. public interest aside...

Will Critchley call out the negligence of this new BOD tomorrow Miss jane? Gross negligence is the minimum we;'ve just witnessed.

By the time they do the pretend fight with the former "gang".. that will cost a couple mill.. then they will take a couple mill for their own future legals (as I said.. it becomes pocket money after a while)...

Looks like a few cents return.. unless the tax losses fetch a few bucks..   i guess thats the plan huh? Steal what they can then when it looks like everyopne is getting $.05.. sell the tax losses and give $.15 and then the resident russian minions will pronounce them heros.. lol

By the way...

Why so many directors at Look? And what does a real estate lawyer bring to the company? its sole purpose now is lawuits..   they need a forensic accountant..  not a fricken relaestatelawyer..  or will they now pretend a $5 million bonus is in order for selling a building?

The old crew will wear less stink than the new one Miss jane.. and as for Critchley... 

He went to bat for this crew..  his stories were clearly planted..  will be interesting to see if he now finds this latest bit of negligence on the new BOD's part outrageous...  of course when i told him in an email two months ago that this is exactly what is going to happen..  and that by talking up the dissidents and ingoring the real shareholder victims at avestedinterest.org he was essentially killing any momentum shareholders had towards holding the "gang" accountable he didn't bat an eye...

So... we will find out what Critchley is made of this week too,,.
