RE: What a bunch of little boysflash4 opines.....

".......a lot of  negative misinformation being posted here, either on purpose or due to lack of knowledge. which is it?"

In spite of your churlish post you have every right to believe exactly what you like.  That said, tell us what YOU like about that stupid Coalcorp loan.   That is the biggest complaint that I have and I think it was a stupid loan to try to concentrate on a 36 month loan that didn't require the assets [or a portion] to collateralize the loan.  So, to achieve that dubious goal they agreed to 12% interest for the first 18 months and then 15% for the remaining 18 months.  In addition, we gave Coalcorp 1,333,334? million shares of common stock and 666.687 warrants AND a seat on the board to an entity that, for nearly a year, would NOT deliver their financials to the exchange.  Yeah, that's the kind of partner that I want to be in bed with.  To add insult to injury, Coalcorp [owned 40% by Pala a shadowy Russian entity]  can convert their loan to 15% of the company.  Not bad for an $8 million loan.

So, "flash" tell us what YOU like about that loan.  I'm dying to hear you wax eloquent on this subject.  I have a fair amount of money invested in this dog and am very unimpressed with management of late.  Before this loan I was enthused but keep in mind, if you lay down with dogs you're going to get fleas.   You, you are known by the company you keep.   Rather than calling those of  us names who think the deal sucks, explain why WE should listen to YOU.   Or are you just another apologist hired by management to come out of the closet and hype this dog.
