RE: inda

RE: indaAgain 6180...

The nonsense that comes from you.. its absolutely disturbing..

You minions are loyal to the "camp". . its almost like you're owned.. its not normal..  you should have opinions ion everything that happens..  unless of course your loyalty has been purchased..  it should never get earned.. if you are an investor your loyalty should never be earned.. and this crew hasn't done anything to earn anyone's trust..

As for me being on the BOD..  are you sure the real reason they don't soemone who knows this game inside and out to the point he can take counterneasures months and even years in advance on the board with them is because they are fond of what i write?

let me explain something to you...

I warned all of you that this is looking like a text book wind down..  absolutely classic... new bod talking big.. gets in...  does NOTHING.

An injunction would have cost $10k-$20k it would have prevented them from destroying files (for the audit) and taking one dime!

it could have also served as the base for the press to get rid of them... I won't get into detail on that.. but it would have taken a couple weeks formt he day they took office at UBS to force the resignations and get a court ORDERED trustee in at Look and begin an audit.

What we're witnesingis nothing more than theater... its a classic wind down..  and its an insult to everyshareholder to have to read the rubbish played out like its some kind of dramatic event.

These guys aren't about holding the "gang" accountable..   not at all..

they will now file a dummy suit against Alex and Gerry..  and likely the previous BOD..  this will of course tie up money and prevent the cashing out of shareholders etc.. in a few months they will announce they have a settlement..  they will provide the get out of jail free card for releases form the gruesoem twosome and perhaps some fo the $1.6 freshly stolen back to settle wit the directors in question...

They will mention how the tax losses expire by year end and they can't fight this batle long term etc etc... its not that complicated.. I wrote down how all this would play out over a month ago..  this latest theft of legas was predictable because it has happened before.. at UBS!

As for your rubbish about the media and others watching.. you mean Critchley? he has been playing a part in this from the get go.. he wasn't covering a story.. he was relaying it..  now that damages due to gross negligence have been incurred by look shareholders due to the new UBS BOD's inability to provide legal protection to its shareholder's interests I'm curious what Critchley will say.. my experience in these matters over the years where reporters are being used by one side is they tend to not say anything abotu these little things

Lets see if he really is out for shareholder's interests..

$20k to save $1.6 Mill and you're justifying things..  You'll never change 6180...  you people are simply incapable of doing anything but misleading others.

Take Care!
