RE: Certificate of Dissolution, 05/04/2010they closed their arizona office several years ago and have just let the registration lapse - many companies will do that with a sub when it has no assets or third party liabilities - it is cheaper and easier  than doing a formal dissolution and gets you to exactly the same place - no story there
