don't you think that with the extra buying of CREW shares by Severstahl that Severstahl already factored in these extra buys when they stated that the IPO would be between 3-4 billion in value?
This would have as a consequence that the weight of HRG might be rather 40 instead of 60% in the total of Severstahl Gold.
If we take this 40% and the lower range of IPO value, say 3 billion than we would become a value for HRG of
about 1.2 billion. This would mean a stock price of about 1.5 for HRG stock.
I like your target of 3-4 CAD but I would add to that, that I see the 'bottom of valuation' at 1.5 CAD for HRG.
If this is reached this year, I would be more than happy.
I appreciate your and others reply to my thoughts / calculations.
